What universities have go Architectural and/or Interior Design Programs?

I'm a junior in high school, looking into colleges, and my plan right now is to major in architectural design and minor in interior design (or something along those lines). I don't know much about colleges or how they're ranked, so can anyone give me some suggestions about what universities to look into? My grades are okay, But Harvard/Yale is probably not going to happen. I live in Illinois, and something in state would be nice because of lowered tuition :] Thanks!
