700 on Biology M SAT?

No, I don't intend to do pre-med or major in any science. I plan to major in International Relations and my top schools are Princeton, Yale, Columbia, Dartmouth, University of Chicago and Georgetown. My highest SAT ii scores are an 800 in Spanish and a 750 in World History. I'm definitely going to submit my World History score, but up to now I wasn't planning on sending my Spanish score seeing as I live in Puerto Rico and Spanish is clearly my first language. I was banking on getting a 750+ in Bio and then sending that along with World History and a 750+ in one of the Math sat ii's. So, is a 700 acceptable for a non-science major, or should I just submit my Spanish SAT ii instead of Bio?
