How to pronounce this name?

My husband and I pronounce it zay-vee-er, but older people (like 50-60+) tend to say it as ex-zay-vee-er. At least, that holds true in my experience. Ha-vee-air would be a correct pronunciation by a Spanish-speaking individual, but typically non-Spanish-speaking people won't even think twice about saying it that way, as far as I have seen.
