Is green onyx stone sink suitable for bathroom use?

I am planning to renovating my small bathroom these days and searching for a small bathroom sink. I find a green onyx stone sink from http://www.chinasink.com, but not sure if it's suitable for bathroom use as it's so beautiful and I am so worried to destory its naturality.
