How long after dying my hair should I wait to bleach it?

Around the 3rd or 2nd of this month, I dyed all of my hair black (onyx sheen, has a blue base). I also want to add some blonde to it because it was like that before. How long should I wait to put blonde in? Should I wait a few more days or is it fine now? It's been a few days over a week since it was dyed. The bleach kit I have is the manic panic bleach kit.
