Do they count your Elem. Records in College?

Im a straight A student, during elementary, in Science, I got a rotten B+!!! in middle school, i got a B. My parents(who takes education seriously) ground me for like months. Im in High School, so far no Bs yet. Its my desires to go in a nice college, if I could, one of the Ivy Schools. My cousin got in Yale. Its so envious!! Do they count your records in Elementary once you get in college? I was thinking if either getting Law or Bussiness...
