Will I ever be able to draw good?

Hello my name is David and this is my first official question I put on Yahoo answers using this account. My question is this: Will I ever be able to draw good? I am 15 years old and I am going into the 10th grade, but I draw like a kindergartner. I've never really practiced though, and it could just be that I'm impatient about it. But it's really disappointing when I'm drawing and I see that my drawing is turning out to be almost identical to that of a kindergartener. It's a huge put off to me and that's one of the reasons why I don't practice a lot. Most kids my age draw decent to say the least. I draw worse than bad. If I ever get good I wish to draw anime and manga and stuff like that. But currently I can't really even get the basics down so well... Will I ever be able to draw good? Please help me.
