I need some makeup helpp!!!?

Okay I am 13 years old and i am having trouble with my makeup. I have an ovalish shaped face, greenish grey eyes, light brown/blonde wavy hair, somewhat full lips, pale skin, and mild acne. I already use makeup but i want to look really good and i dont think it is. I start off using Almay clear complexion makeup(naked). I then go on and put on super stay concealer(ivory). Then I put on Revlon color stay aqua mineral makeup(fair/light). I then go on to my eyes. I put black(onyx) maybelline new york unstoppable eyeliner on my waterline. Then I put on Maybelline Newyork black maskara. If I have time i put on silver eyeliner on the top. That is my ruitine. Please recomend anything i should or shouldnt do with my makeup, any makeup suggestions(cheap), also i have no brushes except for the ones that come with the makeup so can you also list some good brushes! Please list some good cheap products for the features that i have. Thank you(sorry it was so long)
