Can someone help identify these minerals?
With the quality of your pictures, this is the best I can do... Those first minerals don't look especially like quartz. One or two of them might be calcite or gypsum. They could be quartz if they will scratch a hammer, but if they are considerably softer than that, they're not quartz. If you have access to HCl, you can drop it on them to see if they are calcite (if it fizzes, it's calcite). The amethyst ones are correct. The second to last picture may be polished gneiss. Sorry, best I can do without the samples on hand. There are a lot of factors that you would need the physical sample or at least high-quality pictures for, such as grain size. Good luck!
