Can i get into Harvard, Yale, Princeton, or Brown with a 19 on my act and a 4.0 GPA?

I was just wondering about these colleges because i have to start looking for colleges right now;but these aren't really the colleges i want to go to, i was just thinking about it. I have over 250 hours of volunteering. i also in all kinds of clubs and sports. i know my act score isn't amazing but i have a good GPA. do you think i should apply?
