By when will i know my baby's eye color?

He's a month old and they are still kind of gray. Everytone says they are "dark green" and there's an argument bc my father has light green eyes lol. I don't want to get excited and think he's going to have dark green or light brown eyes. My first son never had the gray color he had dark onyx eyes since day one.
