Are either UIllinois (Urbana-Champaign) or UIndiana (Bloomington) "Ivy" schools? Is admission realtively easy?

Or are they as tough as Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Stanford, Brown, etc. to enter..... as a History student, by the way.
