Calculus Book Suggestion?

Can anyone please suggest me a book that will teach calculus from the scratch to a pro. I have no knowledge about the subject and am in search of a book which is easy to understand and from the basics.Please help me.

Don't put it in front of a fan or ac vent try not to hang the cage there are many drafts you don't even realize.Try to have one of the sides of the cage covered so if there are any drafts the bird has some place to go to. Of course don't stick it out side with no shade. Change its water every day.You said you just changed it seed, give it 24 to 48 hrs to adjust to it . Feed it veges. never ICEBERGE lettuce. Depending on the bird will be what the bird will eat. Get a book on the kind of bird you have. It will go into more detail of what the bird needs. What is the best lipo battery for around $50 for the traxxas 2wd xl-5 slash.?

I am going to be racing me traxxas slash in the stock SC class. We are allowed to run 7 cell NIMH or 2 cell Lipo. I am going to running lipo. I have a titan 12 motor and the xl-5 esc. Whats is the best battery I can buy for $50 I want going to buy 2 of them. I have an onyx 230 charger.

I am getting two new dogs, they are chihuahuas mixed with yorkie, one is black and one is white. I was thinking crystal and onyx, but my husband dosent like onyx that much. Any suggestions, they will be ready to come home in 3 weeks, im very excited.

I am the worst dancer in my class!?

I recently joined a dance class that is basically all summer. I have only danced for a month and I know the instructor I had didn't really help me understand the basics. Now in this class I am the worst dancer. Everyone else is older and has more experience then I do. I ask for help and they basically blow me off and say just watch. When we are in groups of four and we have to perform in front of everybody, I still don't get the steps right. I don't understand most of the steps since I never studied ballet or jazz Terminology. The instructor yells at me in front of everyone and singles me out. I have to continue however. Any tips on how to get the steps right and ways to make me a better dancer?

What does it take to be a nurse?

I really think I want to be a nurse. the only thing is im a bit squeamish. (one thing that REALLY bothers me is the idea of catheters. i don't know why...and i know it's weird.) I think I can get over it if I try, but I don't know exactly what the job entails besides the basics.
